When HIV Won

It was that night
That moment
That time
That wine
That "one"
That Victory.
It became an addiction
A routine
A job
A habit
A Victory.
It became a reason
A chance
An opportunity
A choice
A Victory.
It was my day
My hour
My minute
My time
My Victory.
It was when I decided
This virus
This infection
This pandemic
Did not win.
It was when I believed
I am beautiful
I am great
I am not a virus.
I am Victory.
