Queer Health Matters: Take Part in National LGBTQ Health Survey

Are you gay, bi, trans, queer or lesbian? Let your voice be heard about health care issues by participating in the  National Voices of Health 2015 survey supported by Rainbow Health Initiative and the National LGBTQ Task Force.

Hoping to create a national snapshot of LGBTQ health access, experiences and disparities, the organizations will use  this valuable data about LGBTQ lives and experiences to fight for health equity. English and Spanish versions of the survey are both available (see below).

Rainbow Health Initiative is an effort to increase community-driven conversations around LGBTQ health access and dicriminatory experiences. It sees the Voices of Health Survey an invaluable tool to help meet that goal.

Participants are urged to share the survey with anyone else who might be interested and spread the word on social media using the Twitter #QueerHealthCounts
