Some HIV Rates Are Up in the Big Apple

HIV infection rates are once again rising among gay and bisexual men in New York City after posting declines in the 1990s, with most of the new cases occurring among men under 30. Newly reported HIV cases in the city occurring among men who have sex with men have increased by 50% since 2001.
