Compulsive Practice timed to launch on World AIDS Day, will be screened at museums, schools and organizations across the globe.

This year, Visual AIDS is presenting a video compilation of the lives of nine artists on camera as a way to manage, reflect upon, and change how they are deeply affected by HIV and AIDS.

The hour-long video, “Compulsive Practice,” will be distributed domestically and internationally to museums, art institutions, schools and AIDS organizations to commemorate 2016 Day With(out) Art.

Curated by Jean Carlomusto, Alexandra Juhasz, and Hugh Ryan for Visual AIDS, video makers and artists included in the presentation are Juanita Mohammed, Ray Navarro, Nelson Sullivan, James Wentzy, Carol Leigh (aka Scarlot Harlot), Luna Luis Ortiz, Mark S. King, and Justin B. Terry-Smith.
