Tierney Joins San Francisco AIDS Foundation

Steven Tierney, the former director of HIV prevention for San Francisco's health department, has been named the deputy director for programs and services at the San Francisco AIDS Foundation. He oversees all of the agency's programming, including one of the nation's largest needle exchanges.
