Timing Is Everything

Do you take your anti-HIV meds at the same time each day? Doing so could give you an optimal response to treatment, according to a study in the March issue of the Journal of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndromes. An analysis of 129 HIV patients showed that patients who take meds at the same time each day had better viral suppression than those with varied dose timing, even if only off by a few hours.
