We name the most incredible people living with HIV — the artists, activists, and achievers. Also, World AIDS Day in the context of COVID.

Plus closes out a momentous year with our list of Amazing People of the Year who are living with HIV. Leading the group is Good Morning America journalist/producer Tony Morrison, an Emmy-winning advocate who shows every day that HIV is no barrier to dreams. Meet our other Amazing folks, including playwright Donja R. Love, Drag Race star Trinity K. Bonet, Pose phenom Billy Porter, and South American activist Nilsa Hernandez. Also, Ashley Innes writes eloquently about how best to commemorate World AIDS Day on December 1, following a year where people with HIV suffered through COVID and the world's attention turned to that new pandemic, sometimes to the detriment of the older one. Read it all below.
