'New Year New You' Video Series Coming to Plus!
With the start of the New Year it’s a time to reflect on the successes on 2021, refocus, set goals, and make changes to be the best you in 2022 - and we’re here to help.
The Switch – an all-new video series coming to Plus in 2022, is all about encouraging positive lifestyle changes toward achieving long-term goals including health and HIV treatment.
In this series, Plus will host four individuals living with HIV from varying backgrounds, with a focus on southern states where HIV is disproportionately prevalent, to a location or studio-based shoot, at which they will talk candidly about positive changes they have made in their daily lives – ranging from starting a fitness plan to eating healthier – including their approach to HIV treatment. The individuals and Plus will not be giving healthcare advice, rather they will be sharing their lived experience and the impact making “the switch” has had on their lives.
