And now Australian researchers may have found the best anti-HIV drug for these men: Viramune. Their analysis showed that Viramune better penetrated the blood-testes barrier than other NNRTIs or protease inhibitors, and was detected at higher concentrations in semen than the other anti-HIV meds.
