State HIV License Plate Is Available

Connecticut residents wishing to promote HIV awareness can now do so by ordering a special license plate that features an image of a red AIDS awareness ribbon and the slogan 'AIDS Affects Us All.' The license plates were made available through an initiative by the Connecticut AIDS Residence Coalition.
