The National Association of People With AIDS has announced that Frank J. Oldham Jr. will become its new executive director. Oldham previously served as executive director of Harlem Directors Group, which focuses on HIV prevention and treatment for New York City African-Americans, and as New York's citywide coordinator for AIDS policy.
