Susan Cu-Uvin, the founder of the HIV Menopause Clinic at Miriam Hospital in Providence, R.I., and the cover story subject of the May 2005 issue of HIV Plus, was honored with the Constance B. Wofsy Women's Health Investigators Award from the international Adult AIDS Clinical Trials Group. Cu-Uvin was honored for her work in the advancement of clinical care and research for HIV-positive women, including her work at the menopause clinic and at the Center for AIDS Research at Brown Medical School.
