Having trouble losing weight? It could be because you're not getting enough'or getting too much'sleep, according to researchers. They tracked sleep patterns and weights of 276 adults over a six-year period and found that those who got six hours or less of sleep each night were 30% more likely to become obese than those getting the recommended eight hours of shuteye. More than nine hours of nightly sleep, they report, also boosted obesity risks'by 20%.
