Are adult films with nary a condom in sight about to become a thing of the past? They are if the AIDS Healthcare Foundation has its way. The group is suing to mandate condom use in all porn films. And Jonathan Fielding, the top health official in Los Angeles County, home to most adult-film studios, agrees. "You wouldn't send someone to work on a high-rise building without a hard hat, so why are we allowing these performers to perform without condoms?" he asks. The lawsuit was prompted by reports in June of new HIV cases in the porn industry.
