Mondo Guerra, Maria Davis, Duane Cramer, and other activist voices appear in the creative project.

To commemorate World AIDS Day, the pharmaceutical company Merck has released a powerful video featuring a poem recited by HIV patients, activists, and the speakers of its I Design campaign — music promoter Maria Davis, Under the Gunn's Mondo Guerra, and photographer Duane Cramer.

The poem, which also features an appearance by HIV Plus magazine's assistant editor, Daniel Reynolds, is united by the refrain "my voice," representing individual voices coming together to educate the world about HIV. The creative project aligns with the mission of I Design, which gives patients resources in "getting vocal" with their health care professionals about symptoms and treatment.
