Blog Targets Immigrant Health
The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has awarded a grant to the Rural Women's Health Project to help it launch a blog to promote HIV prevention among Hispanic immigrants. Set to debut in late June, the site will give Latinos a platform to speak openly about the virus and to help shape HIV prevention policies in the Southeast.
The Rural Women's Health Project is a nonprofit organization that designs and implements community-based health education projects, trainings, and materials to help rural communities. For more information about the project, visit https://www.rwhp.org/.
