In a new video supporting the International Labour Organization's efforts to end HIV-related discrimination in the workplace, Olympic diver Greg Louganis encourages people to promote early testing and treatment for HIV. In his message for World AIDS Day 2014, Louganis (who was one of HIV Plus' 20 Amazing HIV+ Men of 2013) also shares his own personal story on living with HIV.

“Thanks to the early treatment, HIV has not affected my zest for life, and my passion for sports,” he says.

The ILO is a Switzerland-based organization "devoted to promoting social justice and internationally recognized human and labour rights, pursuing its founding mission that labor peace is essential to prosperity."

In support of World AIDS Day, Louganis will join Alice Ouédraogo, the head of ILO AIDS, on Huff Post Live at 5p.m. (Read our interview with Louganis here.)
