Group Targets More Adult Filmmakers
The AIDS Healthcare Foundation says it is filing complaints with Florida health officials about unsafe sex in adult films made in Miami.
AHF president Michael Weinstein says the foundation has identified 10 DVDs showing sex without condoms that were shot at least partially in Miami by three local companies.
The complaints call the films "sanitary nuisances" and say the practice should halted.
The Florida Department of Health is investigating, a spokesperson says. Local film officials say they were unaware of pornography being produced in South Florida.
