Daniel Allen, a gay HIV-positive man, accepted a plea deal in a case where he was accused of intentionally biting another man.
Allen (pictured), of Clinton Township, Mich., was originally charged with bioterrorism and assault after allegedly biting his neighbor on the lip, according to the Detroit News.
The bioterrorism charges were dropped in June, but he still faced two felony assault charges. In his plea deal, Allen, who still insists he's innocent of any wrongdoing, pleaded no contest to assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder.
