Porn Clinic Shuts Down

A Los Angeles health clinic that was used to screen adult film stars for sexually transmitted infections shut its doors Monday.

Diane Duke of the Adult Industry Medical Health Care Foundation told the Associated Press that the clinic closed, but administrators are looking for ways to continue offering their services, specifically STI testing and treatment.

The AIM clinic was at the center of controversy when a porn star tested positive for HIV last year, causing a month-long shutdown of several major adult film studios.
