Dame Elizabeth Taylor, who passed away on March 23, left the bulk of her $600 million fortune to AIDS charities.

An early and tireless advocate for HIV and AIDS causes, Taylor’s ultra valuable jewelry collection will reportedly be auctioned off to benefit The Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation and amfAR , the AIDS charity she founded in 1985. As of 2002, Taylor’s stunning personal collection had an estimated value of $150 million.
